Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Contact support

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and of the SalesNumberOne AI sales service (together, the "Service"), operated by AI Sales OS ("we", "us"). By using this site, submitting the contact form, or operating a SalesNumberOne workspace, you agree to these Terms. Where you use the Service to sell to your own customers, you are referred to below as the "Merchant".

The SalesNumberOne website and SaaS service are operated by 深圳市一片光明网络科技有限公司 (Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MAKH3XFK41), registered at Room 520, Beitou Commercial Building, 1120 Qianhai Road, Beitou Community, Nanshan Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen 518056, China. Registering for, purchasing or using the service means you accept these Terms.

1. What the Service offers

This site describes an AI-driven WhatsApp and WeCom sales operations product and lets you submit your contact details so our team can reach out. The Service lets a Merchant configure an AI assistant that replies to that Merchant's own customers.

Inside the workspace, a Merchant can take out a paid membership and buy credits. Credits are consumed as the Service is used, and come in two forms:

  • Membership credits are included with a membership period. They are available while that membership is active and do not carry over once the period ends.
  • Purchased credits are bought separately. They stay in the account and remain usable even if the membership is cancelled, subject to any expiry stated at the point of purchase.

Neither form carries cash value, and neither can be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Refunds and cancellation are covered by our Refund Policy.

2. Using the contact form

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to submit the form on behalf of someone else without their consent. We may verify submissions using Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated/bot traffic.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — for example, attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit fraudulent or abusive content through the form. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

4. AI-generated content

Marketing copy, product recommendations, and example conversations referenced on this site may involve AI-assisted tooling. See our AI Usage Notice for how we use AI and what human review applies before anything is published or sent.

5. Merchant responsibility for what is sold

The Service helps a Merchant communicate with that Merchant's own customers. We do not supply, inspect, test, certify or endorse any product or service a Merchant sells, and we do not verify the accuracy of the product information, claims, pricing or imagery a Merchant provides to the Service or asks it to use.

The Merchant represents and warrants, on a continuing basis, that:

  • it has the right to sell each product or service it offers through the Service;
  • those products and services, and their marketing, comply with the laws, licensing rules and advertising and consumer-protection regulations of every market the Merchant sells into;
  • all product information, descriptions, efficacy or performance claims, pricing, availability and imagery it supplies are accurate and not misleading;
  • it holds any licence, registration or approval required for regulated goods, including health, medical, cosmetic and food products; and
  • it will review what the AI produces on its behalf and remains responsible for every message sent to its customers.

Responsibility for the goods and services sold, for the claims made about them, and for fulfilment, delivery, warranty and after-sales obligations rests with the Merchant and not with us.

6. Indemnity

The Merchant will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, regulatory action, penalty, loss or expense — including reasonable legal fees — brought by a customer, a third party or an authority and arising out of: the Merchant's products or services; the information or claims the Merchant supplied to the Service; the Merchant's breach of these Terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy; or the Merchant's use of the Service in a way that breaches applicable law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice where the circumstances require it, if we reasonably believe the Service is being used to sell unlawful, counterfeit, unlicensed or misrepresented goods, to make false or unsubstantiated claims, or otherwise in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We may act on credible reports from customers, payment providers, messaging platforms or authorities. Suspension does not entitle the Merchant to a refund of fees for the period concerned.

8. No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cost, margin, or outcome figures shown are illustrative and are not a guarantee of results for your specific business.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

10. Subscriptions, payment and refunds

Subscription prices, billing periods, taxes and renewal arrangements are those shown at checkout and on Membership & Credits inside your account. You can cancel renewal from your account; eligible refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. This website does not receive, process or store complete bank card details; payment is completed by a third-party payment provider.

11. AI output and human oversight

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to a particular situation. You are responsible for configuring reasonable human review and handoff. Medical, legal, financial and other high-risk matters must not rely on AI output alone.

12. Messaging responsibility

You must comply with applicable law, platform rules and the rules of channels including WhatsApp and WeCom. You are responsible for obtaining the authorisation and consent needed to message your customers, to process personal information and to use the content you upload, and you are responsible for message content, recipient selection and send timing.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved by good-faith discussion; failing that, they are submitted to a competent People’s Court in the place where the operator is domiciled.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms or the site at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
