1. Using this website

You may use this website only for lawful business evaluation and communication.

You must not disrupt the service, probe or bypass access controls, submit fraudulent or abusive material, impersonate another person, scrape the site at scale, or use it to violate privacy, intellectual-property, anti-spam, advertising, or consumer-protection laws.

2. What you may not sell through the Service

If you use SalesNumberOne to reach your own customers, you must not use it to promote, offer or sell:

• counterfeit, replica, stolen or otherwise unlawfully supplied goods;
• goods you have no right or licence to sell in the market you are selling into;
• medicines, medical devices, supplements, cosmetics or food that lack the registration, licence or approval that market requires;
• products presented with fabricated, altered or borrowed test reports, certifications, endorsements or reviews;
• investment, earnings or business-opportunity schemes that depend on recruitment, or that promise returns;
• anything a payment provider, WhatsApp, WeCom or applicable law prohibits.

3. Claims you may not make

You must not use the Service to state or imply that a product:

• cures, treats, prevents or diagnoses any disease or medical condition, unless you hold the approval that permits that claim;
• guarantees a specific result, or works for everyone;
• has no side effects or carries no risk;
• is endorsed, certified or recommended by a person, authority or institution that has not endorsed it;
• has a price, discount, stock level or origin that is not true.

Before-and-after imagery must depict a genuine outcome, be labelled where it is illustrative or synthetic, and must not be presented as a typical or guaranteed result.

4. You are responsible for what the AI sends on your behalf

The AI writes from the product information and rules you supply. We do not verify that information. You are responsible for reviewing what it produces and for every message that reaches your customers. See the AI Usage Notice.

5. Enforcement

We may reject, block, suspend or terminate activity that violates this policy, and may act on credible reports from customers, payment providers, messaging platforms or authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported where the law requires it. Suspension for a breach does not entitle you to a refund; see the Refund Policy.
