Product demonstrations may contain AI-assisted recommendations, copy, or synthetic examples. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.
AI-assisted output requires human review before use. It does not automatically confirm payments, publish advertising, contact a provider, or modify a live sales flow without the separately authorized production controls.
Where the AI's answers come from
When a Merchant uses SalesNumberOne to reply to their own customers, the AI writes from the product information, pricing, sales rules and knowledge that Merchant supplies. We do not verify that material, and we do not inspect, test or endorse anything a Merchant sells. Accuracy of what is said about a product is the Merchant's responsibility.
What the AI is not
The AI is a sales assistant. It is not a clinician, pharmacist, financial adviser or lawyer, and nothing it writes is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or professional advice. A customer with a health concern should consult a qualified professional. Individual results vary, and nothing the AI says is a guarantee of any outcome.
Synthetic imagery
Before-and-after visuals produced by our creative tools are synthetic illustrations for layout purposes. They are not photographs of a specific person's results and are not evidence that a product works.
Safety checks, and their limits
Drafts pass through automated review and risk filtering before they can be sent, and a Merchant can require human approval. These checks reduce the chance of an unsuitable message but cannot catch everything, and passing them is not our confirmation that a claim is true or a product is safe. The Merchant remains responsible for what is sent in its name — see the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
