This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Sales OS ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or submit the contact form, and how we use it.

This policy covers both the SalesNumberOne website and the SalesNumberOne SaaS service — accounts, subscriptions, AI sales, conversations, the knowledge centre, analytics and support. The website and the service are operated by 深圳市一片光明网络科技有限公司 (Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MAKH3XFK41), registered at Room 520, Beitou Commercial Building, 1120 Qianhai Road, Beitou Community, Nanshan Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen 518056, China. This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

This website does not receive, process or store complete bank card details. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the "Get Started" form, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp account/number, if you provide it
• Your consent confirmation
• The page you submitted from and basic campaign parameters (e.g. UTM source/medium/campaign), if present in the URL
• Your browser locale/language

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We do use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from a real person and not a bot; Turnstile may process your IP address and browser signals as part of that check. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for how Turnstile handles data.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, generally within one business day, by email or WhatsApp, and to evaluate whether our AI sales system is a good fit for your business. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share form submissions with the service providers that operate our lead-capture infrastructure and bot protection (currently Cloudflare, for Turnstile). We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

We retain submitted contact details for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing support@salesnumberone.com.

7. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business contacts and is not directed at children.

8. Merchant responsibility for customer data

When you use the service to message your own customers, you decide what is collected and why. You are responsible for informing your customers, obtaining the consent your market requires, and answering their requests to access, correct or delete their data. We process that data on your instructions in order to provide the service.

9. Service providers

We rely on providers for hosting and cloud infrastructure, AI model inference, messaging channel delivery, analytics, customer support, identity and access, and payment processing. They receive only what their function requires and are bound to use it only to provide that function.

10. International transfers

Providing the service can involve transferring information across borders, including to and from mainland China. Where that happens we use contractual, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

11. Deletion

You can close your account and request deletion by writing to us. We delete or anonymise the data we hold within a reasonable period, except where law requires us to keep it, and backups age out on their own schedule rather than being edited in place.

12. Security

We use access control on a need-to-know basis, encryption in transit, audit logging of privileged actions, provider review, and organisational measures for the people who handle data. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
