Define the sales job first

Answering questions, qualifying leads and closing orders are three jobs, with three scripts and three measures. Without choosing one, the system drifts between them and does none of them completely.

Say who it is talking to

The audience decides tone, examples and what must never be said. Instead of a list of adjectives, write two or three concrete paragraphs about a typical customer: where they are now, what they have already tried, what worries them most.

Decide what it may promise

Price, ingredients, results, timeframes — what can be said, how, and what never can. Leave this vague and the risk spreads through every conversation, where it cannot be traced afterwards or fixed in bulk.

Draw the line where a human takes over

Complaints, anything medical, negotiation beyond the rules, strong emotion. A boundary written in advance is a rule; written afterwards it is an apology. Each of the four needs a trigger and a handoff path.
